Our hair experts have thoroughly cared for and inspected each product to ensure top quality.  Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the rare event you are sent an incorrect item, we will allow the item to be returned and replaced with the correct item. 

Please double check your shipping address, we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
